Business Statement
ERC MIDSTREAM will develop a strategic alliance and become a business partner with an exploration and production company. As an engineering and technically driven midstream group, ERC will focus on timely implementation, proper design, cost effective midstream infrastructure, installation, and operations. We will be a true midstream and facility partner. Our primary focus will be to plan, react and respond to our partner’s schedule and needs for timely gathering, compression, treating and processing. It will be our primary function and goal to insure that our partner’s needs and schedule will be met. Because of our ability and dedication to our partner, we will be responsive and nimble. We will be open to constant review regarding any systems, changes in direction or design, and we will respond quickly and efficiently to these changes with complete agreement between the us and our E&P partner. ERC will offer other support function that our partner might require in the future including liquids handling, and separation, transportation, water treating including recycling, power generation and distribution, NGL processing and transportations and other facility services.
Company Expertise
ERC's staff has technical expertise to address the basic fundamental midstream gathering, compression and treating needs of an E&P company. ERC's team also has the acumen and experience to develop additional infrastructure and support and solve other periphery issues in additional to the traditional midstream and facilities systems. ERC will work alongside our partner’s developmental and operational team to help coordinate long term planning and total midstream infrastructure for a complete and efficient full field support. Our team members have over 30 years experience in all of the engineering disciplines necessary for complete midstream and facilities support for our partner’s developmental program. We have dedicated pipeline engineering with FERC and DOT compliant experience to design, construct, operate and maintain to insure complete compliance with all existing regulation and future regulatory rules which appears to be forthcoming. These new future rulings could place gathering systems under new FERC jurisdictional governance. We have the financial resources necessary to deploy the capital and operating funds required to build the necessary infrastructure to fully support our partner’s planned development.
